Expertise

Dr. Di specializes in the comprehensive diagnosis and treatment of gynecologic malignant tumors and pregnancy complicated with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). In the early 1990s, in his basic and clinical research on pregnancy complicated with systemic lupus erythematosus, Dr. Di broke the “forbidden zone” that women with SLE cannot become pregnant. In recent years, he has undertaken multiple projects scientific research projects, covering areas such as the pathogenesis of gynecologic tumors, drug resistance mechanisms in tumor chemotherapy, and new methods for tumor treatment.

Moreover, his team continues to push the boundaries of complex minimally invasive gynecologic surgeries. They were among the first to carry out fertility-preserving treatments for patients with gynecologic malignancies, including pioneering laparoscopic re-implantation of cryopreserved ovarian tissue. Under his leadership, a standardized clinical workflow has been established for fertility preservation in patients with gynecologic cancers.

Professional Background

Dr. Di has been engaged in clinical and research work of obstetrics and gynecology for over 40 years, with a focus on the comprehensive diagnosis and treatment of gynecologic malignant tumors and pregnancy complicated with SLE. From 1995 to 1998, he conducted postdoctoral research at the University of Michigan Medical Center in the United States.
